How Do I Book an Appointment?
A deposit of $75.00 is required via SquareUp there will be a processing and a 6% supplies and equipment fee on each invoice. Your appointment is confirmed when deposit is paid and we ask that if any changes or cancelations be requested within 72 hours prior to scheduled time. Your deposit of $75.00 gets deducted from the total cleaning. Processing fees are avoidable by Venmo otherwise, Zelle is an option we can request payment from you by phone number! Ask us for more info on taking payments. Do we provide any Guarantee? Our work is absolutely guaranteed 110%. If by chance you would not be able to do a walkthrough immediately after the clean we do give 24 hours for you to inspect and further approve our job! What are all the fees? They stink. I know.. If plastic is your go to these days please note we do not take credit card info via phone but the processing fees are added to the bill. It is your responsibility to pay the deposit invoice as soon as possible to ensure your appointment. The 5% service fee that is added to each bill ensures you don't ever worry about the use of natural deep cleaning products or professional equipment in your house. You are paying for quality service without the use of catch-penny products that produce catch-penny results! What about getting an Estimate? No problem, we have standard rates and times set in place you can head over to our pricing page to check those out otherwise if you give us a ring we would be happy to go over that info with you too! Anywhere on this website you can fill out a contact form and immediately someone will give you a ring to go over what info you had filled out and give you a time frame estimate and price range. We are an hourly service therefore we cannot guarantee completion of the 40 point checklist we work through at each cleaning in any official set time so we will provide you with the best time frame estimate we can given what you tell us about what your cleaning will entail and how many square feet your home is. Since we don't know how long it will take to clean your home until we actually get there we cannot give a flat rate on any job. We do however have flat rate pricing for clean-outs of apartments or homes/condos under 1000 sqft. If a property is over 1000 sqft we charge an hourly rate for our deep cleaning service with a 4 hour minimum appointment. |

6 HR MIN is required to deep clean homes over 2000 sqft* to ensure our 40 point checklist can be completed in full. We are an hourly service so if you wish to keep things at a minimum instead of completing the checklist let us know you would like a la carte! |
