How we make appointments...
We require a $75.00 deposit to confirm your date/time. You must contact us for any cancelations or rescheduling requests at least 48 hours prior to your appointment in order to avoid a non-reversal of your $75.00 deposit. 1000 sqft requires a 4-hour MINIMUM to get on our schedule, thank you for understanding that we try not to have our cleaners hop from multiple jobs in a day each consisting of only an hour here and there is why we have a minimum in place for our employees. IDon't worry, we are committed to excellence so this means that making sure we get your place completely, deep cleaned and this can take some time, is actually why we have these 4 and 6 hour minimums in place. We rather ensure we provide the absolute best cleaning your money can buy with every satisfaction possible! If your home is larger than 3000 sqft and heavier than a 4 or 5 on our cleaning scale you have more of everything to wipe by hand; from baseboards, to walls, corners, cabinets, ceiling fans, windows, etc. and because this can require from 6-9 hours with a team of two we can offer you a three man crew too just ask about our 3 cleaner rates!
